Detailed Walkthrough

Infiltrating Villa Lucens

Start by speaking to Patzi at Villa Lucens' entrance. He'll suggest infiltrating the villa as a butler. Head north of his position and find a house west of the general store. Watch the guard's patrol and sneak in through the south window to grab the uniform from a wardrobe on the ground floor.

Return to Patzi, equip the uniform, and proceed to the Head Butler, who will confiscate your items for safekeeping.

Exploring the Villa

Once inside, you'll receive a butler’s tray and one of five fancy masks (snake, ram, jaguar, wolf, or bird). Speak with Constantinius and the other guests (Cozyac, Pavo, Xocotla) to learn about the evening's events.

Next, head to the cellar for a bottle of antique wine. Investigate the sound of breaking glass in the southeast room, where you'll discover the body of Livius.

Investigation

After reporting the body, you'll assist guards Stradius and Hutza with the investigation. Thoroughly examine the cellar:

Check the jug near the stairs.

Inspect the small box and broken stool in the south room.

Examine the broken pottery and wine storage in the east room.

Investigate Livius' body for clues.

Pickpocket the guests for critical evidence:

Adala: Wine labels.

Cozyac: Threatening note.

Pavo: Drinking flask.

Xocotla: Shipping contract.

Review the evidence to determine Adala’s involvement.

First Accusation

Confront Adala, who will admit to being in the cellar but deny murder. She'll attack in a level 49 combat encounter. Fight her until she's near death. She’ll confess to theft but insist she’s innocent of the murder.

The Final Act

After Adala's arrest, the quest continues. Investigate backstage by climbing the cliff shortcut south of the villa. Search these key areas:

Crate (poison inside).

Costume rack (wine-stained costume).

Bookshelf (secret passage).

Speak with the Costumer and piece together the evidence. The final confrontation happens during the play. Accuse Naiatli and duel her onstage. After her defeat, it’s revealed she accidentally killed Livius in a drunken brawl.
